Cancellations and Rebooking Policy

1. The Nature of Cancellations

   At Whiteout Outfitters, safety is our top priority. We closely monitor weather conditions and other factors that could impact your hunt. In the event of adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a hunt. This decision is made with your safety and the safety of our staff in mind as well as the opportunity to provide our hunters with the best possible opportunities.

2. Refund Policy

   While we understand that cancellations can be disappointing, it's essential to note that we do not offer refunds for canceled hunts. Our commitment to safety, productive hunting, and ethical hunting practices means that we prioritize rescheduling over refunds.

3. Whiteout Outfitters Hunt Cancellations

   If Whiteout Outfitters has to cancel a hunt for any reason, then we do not offer refunds and prioritize rescheduling for later that season or the next season. We usually do not cancel hunts unless it is absolutely in the best interest of the hunting party and for the safety of our hunters and our crew.

4. Hunting Party Hunt Cancellations

   If you or anyone in your party has to cancel your hunt for the entire group, then you will be asked to reschedule your hunt for later that season or for the next season. We do not offer refunds for reserved hunts. If an individual or a few individuals in your hunting party have to cancel and leave slots open that have deposits down, it is your party’s obligation to either fill those spots or pay for those slots as those are the expected slots to be filled by your hunting party. We have to plan for workers and for equipment based on the number of people that are scheduled for your hunt and for everyone's hunt.

5. Rebooking Options

   When a hunt is canceled, we offer our clients the opportunity to rebook their hunt for another date. We understand that schedules can be tight and hunting seasons are limited, so we aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs. Here are the rebooking options we provide:

   1. Rebooking for the Same Season

      If available, we will prioritize rescheduling your hunt for a later date during the same hunting season. This ensures that you can still enjoy the hunting experience you've been looking forward to without the inconvenience of waiting until the next season.

   2. Rebooking for the Next Season

      In cases where rescheduling within the current season is not possible or suitable for your schedule, we offer the option to rebook for the next hunting season. This gives you something to look forward to and allows you to plan your hunt with ample time.

6. How to Rebook

   Rebooking your hunt with Whiteout Outfitters is a straightforward process:

   • Contact our team as soon as you're informed of the cancellation. The earlier you reach out, the better chance we have of securing a preferred date for your rescheduled hunt.
   • Discuss your preferred rebooking option with us. We will work with you to find the most suitable date, whether it's within the current season or the next.
   • Complete any necessary paperwork or documentation required for the rebooked hunt.
   • Prepare for your rescheduled hunt with the same excitement and anticipation as your initial booking.
