HUNT DEPOSITS and BALANCE PAYMENTS
DEPOSIT PAYMENTS
- $350 Deposit Per Person is required To Reserve Hunting Or Fishing Dates. Payments made via Stripe include a transaction fee. *All hunter deposits are non-refundable, we can and will do our best to accommodate another hunting date for instances where cancellations are made only for extreme circumstances. *For tracking purposes we request that you make 1 deposit payment for your hunting party deposits to reserve your hunts.
- *Individual Cancellations from your party will result in the hunting party paying the remaining balance for any member that is not able to make the hunt. You may find replacements for individuals who are not able to attend to fill their hunting spots.
- *Unfortunately we have had way too many individual cancellations from multiple parties to be able to continue to loose out on people just deciding they don't want to go or because the weather is not quit to your liking. This has caused us to have to increase our deposit cost, overall hunt cost, and to have to impliment this agreement because of lost income. Our margins are tight and in order for us to stay in business we can't have cancellations last minute causing us financial stress.

BALANCE PAYMENTS
- Remaining Balance To Be Paid Before Hunt Starts. We request your balance payments be made with cash, cashiers checks,venmo, or cashapp and be submitted before your first day of hunting. Please do not mail any checks for balance payments! When paying balances online please make 1 payment for the group balance it is too hard to track multiple payments from everyone in your group seperately.
- 10% Gratuity Minimum strongly requested for our guides and workers at very minimum. They work their butts off to provide our hunters with a fun, safe, and seamless hunting experience. Thank You for your support.
